    This is a lovely brick ranch style home in a well established neighborhood on a quiet dead end street. This home has only had one family in its entire life. The home has been well maintened with many upgrades over the last ten year's. Starting in the basement, the home has a large basement that has never been finished. It had been used for entertaining and then when the family grew, it became a hang out area for the child and his friends. Recently things have been moved in the basement that have been in place 60+ year's and there is NO SIGN of any water. Basement has been always dry and comfortable. The kitchen has nice cherry cabinets and a small pantry for extra storage. Each of the two bedrooms have two sliding doors storage closets. The hallway has a small closet for storage too. The bathroom has a vanity, toilet and a fiberglass wall surround. There is also a closet in the bathroom for storage of all the towels and person things we need. The living room windows face south, so you have nice light. The living room has a bay window that helps bring in that light. There is a front door that leads in to the living room with a nice entry way that is made of slate steps and entry way. The living room also has a nice fireplace with a wood insert. There is also another two door sliding closet for more storage. The attic in the home has always been used as storage, but it could be upgrade for another bedroom. The neighboring house was updated. The attic has walk up stairs to get to it with lighting in place to see day or night. Between the house and the one car garage, is a nice breezeway. This was the favorite room of the dad of this home. He loved to sit out there for hours at a time watching television or the birds feed in the feeder in the back yard. This room has the old style crank glass windows (floor to ceiling) that you can open and let in a lot of nice fresh air. The breezeway is wired for phone and cable television with a Florida style circulating fan. The garage is your basic one car style. Remember back in the time most of these homes were build, two car garages were not really heard of. On top of the garage is a nice rooster cupola that has been well maintained. Along side the garage there is also a one car carport. This carport has a door in the rear that can be secured and leads to a small storage area. Great place to store you extention ladders and gas grill and outdoor furniture. In the back yard there is beautiful large maple tree that was planted when the couple moved into the home. Under the maple tree is a brick patio and a small covered lean-to used to store the seasoned wood for the fireplace insert. In the back portion of the property is also another storage building. This building is a little smaller than a one car garage. It also has a small wood stove in it for heat in the winter. This building was used year's ago to store the families snow mobiles. The home has been well maintained and updated over the last 10 year's. The owners believed in keeping things updated. The following has been updated with estimated time periods. Last 3-4 year's - Windows - Oil Tank - Roof of Storage building behind carport Last 6-7 year's - Oil Burner - How Water Heater Note: The oil burner has been serviced and cleaned recently. Last 10 year's - House roof - Breezeway roof (rubber roof) Last 10-15 year's - Most of the copper pipe was replaced in the house The owner started to worry that the house was getting a little older and they used to vacation in Flordia for 6 months a year, so they didn't want to have to worry about anything happening while they were gone. Like any home, there still could be some updates. I think the house could use: - New Carpet - New coat of paint in the rooms - Maybe some new evergreens in the back yard.
