The apartment is called Gateway. The room for rent is the big living room with your own bathroom and two big wardrobes. You will have two male roommates. Both of them are nice and quiet Chinese. All you need to share with others are the kitchen and the wash machine. The room is big enough for a single person to live. It even suitable for the couple to live. The room faces to the east, so that you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine in the morning, which always makes my day! The apartment has it's own gym and swimming pool for free and underground garage with low price. There are two big supermarkets around the apt. You can go there on foot. The apt is near the subway (no more than 3 minutes walk)which is easy for you to go to downtown, especially for student as me. There are basic furniture in the room, you just need to prepare something for personal daily use.The rent fee is 800$ per month and 40$ per month for the electronic and Internet.
