It is the site of Sausalito's only hardware store, multiple dry cleaners and small specialty grocers, an old-school barber shop and one of the best little gift and card shops in the Bay Area. The area where Sausalito was originally founded, at the southern edge of the city, has been called Old Town ever since, well, ever since they started to build New Town!
