The living room is comfortable and has a smart TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with near new appliances (except dishwasher). There are two bedrooms - the master has a Queen bed, dresser, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom is furnished with another queen sized bed, has large windows and is off the back door. Everything is included except bedding and towels - and even those can be provided with a weekly cleaning! (The right pet is negotiable too) Stay in the cool historic neighborhood of Mesa Junction and walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and yoga studios. Feel free to call, text or email me - I am the owner and we love to take care of our renters! Owner pays water, sewer, trash, electricity, and internet. Tenant responsible for nothing! You will need to pay a $30 application fee and a $200 cleaning fee for a month or more stay .
