An owner lives in the other half and will help with city orientation as well as rapidly address any problems. The house features original wood trim throughout. There are two upstairs bedrooms at the back and front of the house, separated by a hall, each with queen Winkbeds; and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms (one of which contains a clawfoot tub - and a bidet!). A third bedroom consists of an upstairs den with a trundle sofa containing two single beds (note: this bedroom is NOT independent but is attached to the front bedroom; great for kids!). Amenities include a fully furnished kitchen with all kitchen appliances, service for 8, Keurig, drip and expresso coffee makers; two internet-connected television sets in the living room and upstairs den; a stereo and separate Bluetooth speaker; routers for streaming internet content (no cable TV); a new washer and dryer; luxury sheets and towels; and a baby grand piano! There is also a study in the back with an additional router, a sitting porch in the front, and a patio in the back yard with a hot tub. All utilities are included; monthly cleaning can be included for an additional fee. Small pets permitted with pet deposit. We prefer medium-term, ie 3-8 month leases.
