Because it is a Senior Park... one owner must be a least 55 years old...it is very quiet and peaceful Besides two clubhouses, each with a salt-water pool and hot tub, there is a tennis court and a Senior Moments group that hosts lots of events every month. We know, and like, all of our neighbors here. There is a monthly rental fee of $487 for the lot and amenities (pools, tennis courts, etc) and the total cost of utilities ranges from $150 - $270, the high being a couple of months in the winter.
