Our home is located on a cul-de-sac with new appliances with central air and has an inviting feel. There are flatscreen tv's throughout with streaming services running on all of them (Disney +, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pluto for local TV channels). There are 4 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a gas fireplace. You will find everything needed to prepare meals and linens are included including bath towels (1 per each guest). There is a private deck with a gas grill along with seating. WIFI, board games, dvd's, and toys are here for your use. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. We are located 4 mins by car to Camelbeach waterpark/Camelback skiing. There is a beautiful heated community pool with a baby pool and playground located 2 min away which is open during summer. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedrooms: First with queen bed, second with 2 queen beds and third has a bunkbed (twin on top and full on bottom) along with a twin bed. In general this house sleeps 10 comfortably. All guests are required to provide full names of everyone staying in the townhouse and the license plate information for all vehicles so that it can be registered in the system. Please follow the instructions listed below while staying at the property - No pets, fireworks including sparklers, open fires, candles or smoking inside the house. If smoking outside, do now throw cigarettes on the ground, deck etc. - 2 registered cars may be parked in front with headlights spacing the house. Community speed limit is 20 mph and stops must be adhered. - Do not move the furniture, do not put tape on the walls - The space behind the deck is not the yard, it is community property and not to be used - Towels are kept in bedroom or closet (1 per each guest) - Keep music and noise to a reasonable level - Notify me immediately if something gets lost, broken or damaged - Please do not leave the sliding glass door from living room open while raining - Please do not eat carelessly on sofas/recliners and beds as it leaves stains - Do no leave anything on the stoop or closet including garbage, comma clothes etc. - If you must have to hang up wet items, hang them on the deck in the back. - Please do not download songs, movies illegally through wifi, if this is done, fine and copyright infringement will be transferred to your name - Please do not use the white towels to wipe makeup, nail polish etc. - Please do not open the Sofa bed from living room, it is broken and if opened cannot be closed easily, a fine will be accessed if it is opened. - Please do not unplug the Google chrome cast TV or sign out from it - FINE ASSESSED Northridge are the rentals responsibility When the lease ends please make sure you do following - Make sure all dishes are clean without any food residue and put back at its place - Place toys/DVDs/Games etc. in their original location - Remove all garbage and recycling and discard at the trash compactor at Camelback Drive - Leave TV remotes in original rooms - Turn AC to Off, Turn heat to 55 degrees in winter, select permanent hold - Turn off all lights and fireplace - Put away any folding chair back in closet - Clean grill - Make sure all doors and windows are locked
