This location is in a family oriented neighborhood and being respectful to the neighbors is a must! You will NOT be disappointed with your stay! (twin beds can be taken out and a full/queen can be added per request) Utilities are included in the rent (however, for longer than 1 month an allowance of the average is given and tenant will pay the amount over the allowance.)
