Welcome to the salt life. Views of ocean and palm trees galore! Our one-bedroom condo has 3 beds and sleeps 6. This is our home away from home and we want you to feel the same. You will find a stocked kitchen, coffee station with coffee and sugar, soap, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and more! Our extra-large patio has a sofa lounger as well as a cafe table, where you can enjoy breakfast, dinner, and relaxation time as you watch the waves crash and dolphins play. Our condo is a top floor/4th level unit in a "boutique" building across from the main resort, yet it includes ALL resort amenities. The amenities are 5 pools, 3 jacuzzis, a lazy river, 3 laundry facilities, a sauna, a brand new restaurant that is family owned and operated, and a tiki bar! (during peak season) What we like best about our unit is it's more private and residential/homey versus hotel/touristy. Not to mention, the fact that when you step foot into our condo you immediately see ocean waves and palm trees from each room.....the view....breathtaking. The master bedroom has one queen bed The living room has a daybed with trundle (2 twin mattresses) The living room also has a couch that turns into a queen bed. Both rooms have TV with cable. Free wifi (no password needed). There are 3 options of FREE parking on-premise. Check-in: 4pm. Check out: 11am. There is an elevator (and stairs as well) Our condo is located less than 2 miles from airport, Myrtle Beach State Park, The Market Common, Broadway at the Beach and Family Kingdom. There are multiple restaurants/shops/ice cream/put-put golf, as well as Walmart, Angus Steakhouse, Damon's Seafood, Dairy Queen, Adventure Rope Park and more within walking distance. ALL utilities are paid with rent, including cable and free wifi. Free parking is included. Fireplace. No one above you. Brand new restaurant on site. Tiki bar open seasonally. The condo is on a monthly rental from November-March 1,2023
