Smart Lock The full home will be available to guests, as well as the yard. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Visitors other than those included in the original reservation are not permitted without prior approval. Parties are strictly forbidden and will be in violation of the house rules. Casual entertaining for the guests included in the reservation is expected, however we ask that you respect the neighborhood, and observe quiet rules, prohibiting loud music and noise before 8 am or after 10 pm. Minimum stay is 2 weeks. No security deposit if rent for 3 months or less. Security deposit for more than 3 months lease is $8500. Renter is responsible for all utilities. No smoking allowed. Pets are ok.
