Guests will need to retrieve the keycard from the room in order to access the parking garage. With the beach just steps away and Myrtle Beach's best dining, shopping, and entertainment only minutes from your door, this condo has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. It is also located 5 blocks away from the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will result in a $250 fine, in addition to a charge for any cleaning costs. No pets are allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. If you exceed the maximum allowed number of occupants, a penalty of $100 will be applied. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get approval before booking. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. There are 6 pools, 1 kiddie pool, and 1 lazy river (across the street) open from 10 am to 11 pm. Mr. Vaporizer performs monthly preventative treatments in every unit on the 2nd Wednesday for Tower floors 2nd to 9th, and on the 3rd Wednesday for Tower floors 10th to 15th and Villa 1 and Villa 2. The indoor pool and hot tub are currently under repair, with the expected reopening scheduled before Christmas. There are 3 elevators in the building, so please check the signs to make sure you're using the one that takes you to your floor. No items should be dropped or thrown from the balcony.
