The 1st bedroom offers twin over double bunk beds with an additional single bed in the room. The Master bedroom has king bed, on-suite bathroom and LOTS of windows! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Each room has a ceiling fan and TV, with a washer/ dryer located inside the unit. Lastly, the living room couch pulls out to Queen bed. Condo is dog-friendly. This house is a summer rental and ONLY available for short term/ winter rental (Oct to April). Renters must be out end of April. ALL utilities will remain in owners name and we will provide a lump sum number that includes the utilities. NO SMOKING. PETS ok with property manager/ owner approval
