During warmer seasons, the tenant will also be able to enjoy a private patio area in the front yard of our home which offers a peaceful spot to have a meal or get some work done. Easy street parking right in front of the main home. Weekly access to laundry facilities included. We also offer space in our backyard shed for storing a bicycle and/or snow sport equipment. Dog that is trained and socialized with other dogs and kids may be considered. Min 3 month lease. Month to month negotiable afterwards.
