We are unable to rent to anyone in an active bankruptcy. If an applicant has been in a bankruptcy in the previous 5 years, and the bankruptcy has been discharged, the application may be considered. On our homes which allow pets, normally the non-refundable pet fee paid upon move in is $250 for each pet. Due to insurance restrictions and liability on some of our rental homes, we may not be able to rent to certain types of breeds. We may have pending applications on some of our currently advertised homes. These homes will continue to be marketed until a lease has been signed.
