The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, utensils, and essentials for guests who love to cook or enjoy a morning coffee, including a regular coffee maker and all kitchen basics. Additional amenities include air conditioning and heating, a washer and dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, cleaning products, board games and family-friendly amenities, and exercise equipment. Guests enjoy free parking for up to three vehicles, two behind the property (by the alley) and one in front. Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood just minutes from downtown, this house offers easy access to restaurants, parks, and attractions while providing a peaceful environment. Parties are fully prohibited. Quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. There is a $250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that a late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Please do not throw trash, paper towels, or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging; please use the trash can. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. On the second floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: Bedroom 1: king-size bed, Bedroom 2: queen-size bed, Bedroom 3: double bed. The basement includes two sofa beds, allowing up to 10 guests to sleep comfortably. The full bathroom is located on the second floor, and the entire home is kept spotless by our dedicated cleaning team. You'll have full access to the property, including the porch, basement, and a private entry with self check-in for flexibility and privacy. Cameras are installed outside for security, and the house includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
