Occupancy & Use: Premises shall be used exclusively for residential purposes and occupied only by those listed in this agreement. No subletting without landlord's written approval. 7. Maintenance & Repairs: Tenant agrees to maintain the property in clean condition and notify landlord promptly of needed repairs. Landlord is responsible for major systems and structural repairs. 8. Entry by Landlord: Landlord may enter the premises with at least 24 hours' notice for inspections, repairs, or showings, except in cases of emergency. 9. Termination: Tenant shall vacate the premises on the lease end date unless a renewal is executed. Early termination must follow agreed-upon notice and fees as outlined in the lease.
