Austin State University (SFASU). The complex is located only 20 minutes from the campus walking and 3 minutes driving. It comes with a stove, small refrigerator, and your own bathroom. There is laundry/dryer downstairs. It is not furnished. Located near plenty of restaurants and Walgreens.
