Tenant pays for own cable and internet. No Satellite Dishes allowed. This apartment is one in a 4 plex located in an eclectic up scale neighborhood on the river in Utica Indiana. There are 3 other apartments located here, each unit has its own private back yard and patio with 6 ft.privacy fence.
