Lease Duration:
- 12-month lease required
- Month-to-month option available after the initial term with 60 days' notice
Monthly Rent & Payments:

- Rent is due on the 1st of each month
- A late fee of $75 will apply after the 5th day of the month
Security Deposit:
- One month's rent ($1,225) due at signing (less $250 is signed before 7/25/25)
- Fully refundable, minus any damage or cleaning charges
