The rooftop is currently under construction. The building is located on a lively downtown street, so noise from the city may be disturbing in the evenings. We may use video surveillance in public areas for your safety. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. There is a no-smoking policy in the unit and on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with a $200 fine for violations. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violators. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking, and local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
