You will be literally minutes away from the French Quarter. Located in the NOLA Central Business District, on the corner of Common Street and Magazine Street, you can walk to Bourbon in just a few minutes. Enjoy a 7-minute drive to Caesar's Superdome and Smoothie King Center, a 3-minute walk to Caesar's Casino and The Fillmore, and be surrounded by jazz clubs, cafes, art galleries, theaters, malls, parks, and iconic New Orleans eateries. The rooftop is under construction. The building is located on a lively downtown street, so noise from the city may be disturbing in the evenings. We may use video surveillance in public areas for your safety. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. A traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and a state identification card or driver license copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
