Zillow's Zestimate is twice what I am asking so you should be able to get everything exactly the way you want it and still have less invested than Zillow's estimate. Also, if you look at the $1535 "taxes" shown for the last few years you as an owner occupant will not have to pay anywhere near that much. Look further and you will see what my mother was paying 6 years ago. That's because a non resident owner doesn't get any exemption and is taxed at 6% instead of 4% so your taxes will be a "lot" less than what I pay as a non-resident owner.
