Beautiful cabin on a flat lot on the American River headwaters can be your new get away. Great room with vaulted ceilings and a wood stove, two bedrooms downstairs and a large loft upstairs. There is plenty of parking allowing you to have a big gathering. Great if you hate stairs as everything you would need is ground level. Sit on your deck surrounded in the serene sounds of the river and the beauty of the wildflowers. Near Echo Lake, Audrain, Desolation Wilderness, and just a short drive from South Lake Tahoe, Strawberry, Lovers Leap and much more. Covered entry and a mud room make it great for winter use. Road is plowed by mutual agreement from home owners but only runs about $600 a year to have your portion done as well as the driveway.
