Rural, located 5 miles from Lowell, IN. 20104 Wicker Blvd Lowell, IN. 46356 All Utilities included, heat provided by hot water baseboard boiler system, no blowing dust. Apartment has a window AC, DTV Satellite TV connection with 'entertainment package', large fridge, gas stovetop, ground floor, warm, clean and quiet. Good neighbors, mostly single retired people. Landlord and handyman on site. No laundry in building, but there are coin laundries nearby in Lowell, Indiana. No pets. NO SMOKERS. NO Vapers. NO smoking allowed in the building. Do Not apply if you are a smoker, even if you only smoke occasionally. Cigarette smoke seeps into adjoining units and if other tenants smell your cigarette smoke, it will void your lease and you will be asked to leave. In addition, we are tired of cleaning nicotine off the walls, baseboards, carpet etc. If we find you are smoking in your apt, your lease will be VOID and you will be asked to leave. Credit report/background check at TransUnion SmartMove $25 paid to Landlord. When you fill out an application and we get your email address, we'll send you a request VIA TransUnion, and you'll have to register an account with them, get your credit report, then SHARE it wth us VIA the email address we provide. CR fee is refunded if tenant is accepted. References required, from at least four people. Proof of employment with one months pay stubs, bank statement or retirement papers if on SS. This is all required so we can see proof that you have a steady income, enough income to pay your bills, child support, credit card bills, car payment, student loan payments, etc and still have enough left over for rent. $750 deposit. (Deposit is NOT rent. It is kept in reserve by the Landlord in case of damage to the apartment or apt is left dirty after tenant moves on. It's our policy to return the entire deposit if the apt is undamaged and left as clean as it was upon signing the lease.) Lease is 3 months (quarterly) auto renewing. One step up to entry door, which is 32" wide. Bedroom door is 30" wide. Bathroom door is 24" wide. Unit is 370 square feet. Living room measures 10' wide X 14' long. Bedroom is also 10' X 14' with double closet 2' deep X 4.5' wide. All units have individual landline phone jacks for voice. Tenants are free to use Internet services that they can pay for themselves if they wish, but cable is not available here. ISPs some of our tenants use are NITCO wireless and Midwest Telecom wireless.
