The kitchenette includes fridge, double portable burners, toaster oven with air fryer and rotisserie and coffee maker. No oven. No microwave and no dishwasher.
New clothes washer and dryer all to your self.
Available furnished or unfurnished. If desire furnished then queen bed, bedside table, chest of drawyers for bedroom, table, 2 chairs, chaise lounge, TV stand and TV available. Kitchen dishes/pots/pans, flatware all available.
Utilities are included in the rent.
Quiet hours from 8pm-7am. Owner onsite upstairs.
Middle-school aged child up stairs half time who can be a noisy videogame player during non-quiet hours.
No parties.
One overnight guest at a time and no more than 4 nights per month.

No thermostat access in basement. The temperature is controlled upstairs. Tendency for basement to be warm in the Winter when the heat is on and colder late Spring to early Fall when heater is off and/or air conditioning is on. Removable vent covers used to block air flow if needed. It is ok to open windows to allow hot summer air in if air-conditioning is too cold. Two fire safe space heaters provided.
Garage space is available for a bike and some storage. No room for a car in garage. There is usually unreserved outdoor parking right by the unit. If not, there is ample street parking.
Right next to bus stops on Baseline Rd. Five minute drive to both downtown Lafayette and downtown Louisville.
Starts out as month to month lease with eventual potential for 6 month lease. Utilities are included in base monthly rent. Only 1 cat allowed. Non-smokers and non-vapers only. No dogs. No fish tanks/aquariums.
Property owner permitted to enter property for inspection and to change furnace air filter,at a pre-arranged time every three months. Outside parking in complex or on street. Lessee must clean the space, empty trash at least weekly and report any broken plumbing/electrical or appliances.
