At this time there is no washer and dryer at the cottage but will be working on getting stack able unit in the future. Nice little porch to set up a chair and watch the world go by. Tenant pays all utilities to include gas, electric and water. Trash service is shared and tenant will not be charged. Lawn upkeep (including watering) and weed control is required. Land lord does provide mowing services twice monthly. Tenant must provide sidewalk snow removal in front of the house in the winter (maybe a 50 ft stretch in front) . We require a credit score of 600 and contact information from previous landlords. Work history may be verified and personal references may be required.
