The owner pays water/ sewer/ garbage AND electric you can not beat that! tenant pays rent and gas for the heater and gas range for cooking and if you want to get cable an internet its wired for said connections. the apartment comes with a 12 month lease agreement with the possibility of renewal or month to month, I'm sorry we do not except pets with the smaller place and being a shared building with other tenants and it doesn't have a yard. there is street parking available down the alley that's behind the building which is where the main entrance to the apartments are also located. In order to qualify for the unit you need to provide verifiable income and preform a background credit check $40 each per person over 18 years of age no exceptions! every tenant living in the building have been there a year or longer its very quite and everyone is very polite, if you are interested you can email or call or text I do work during the day so text is preferred and I will call everyone back as soon as I can, these apartments go quick so don't wait to long.
