This is 30 foot boat slip at the north west marine yacht club on Lake Charlevoix. It has an electrical connection and water at the boat slip along with access to clean restrooms, a swimming pool, Wi-Fi and parking. There is also a pump out dock at the marina. It is available to rent for the rest of the 2022 season as I sold my boat so I don't need to use the slip this year. The asking rent for the season is now $3,800 (reduced from $4,500). Rent for the season to be paid upon signing the rental agreement. Owner pays for water. Owner will also pay for electricity up to $30 per month, which should cover normal use. There is no extra charge to use the swimming pool, restrooms or parking.
