The carriage house has its own fenced backyard space with a TimberTek deck for outdoor enjoyment nestled under the neighboring cedar trees. The place is also close to bus (4, 6, & 44) and light rail lines. One off-street parking spot is available. We live in the main house at the front of the property and we utilize the ajoining garage.
