    What's special

    My husband and I are looking to re-rent our current apartment, as we are buying a house. We just leased as of February 2016, so the apartment is like-new. The new tenant(s) would have to take over our apartment as-is (nothing is wrong/damaged) after income qualifying and paying a security deposit. To income qualify, the new tenant(s) must gross $916/week. We currently get a discounted rent of $1,466 which is the price the new tenant(s) would pay instead of full price (market rent is $1,833). Water, BGE, and Comcast are all additional charges. We will be moved out by March 27th, asking the new tenant(s) to take over the lease starting in April which ends January 2017. The leasing center does allow pets, but do have breed restrictions on dogs. Please let me know what type of dog you have, if applicable, and I will inquire with the leasing center. Pets are an additional monthly charge. Our apartment floorplan is the Forsythia. The new tenant(s) can keep our current Comcast account after a Change of Ownership form has been completed. The security deposit we paid of $200 stays with the apartment and can be used as the deposit for the new tenant(s) or go towards the deposit if they owe more. My husband and I have agreed to pay the application fee(s) and April rent for the new tenant(s). I would very much appreciate the new tenant(s) coming to look at the apartment and applying at the same time. The applicant(s) must have their ID and two most recent paystubs.
