If pets are allowed there will be a monthly fee for each animal. Any deposits are non-refundable at end of lease. There will be monthly walk throughs by owner to ensure everything is in good working conditions. Any damage done will be repaired by owner at renters expense. Will also result in immediate eviction depending on extent of damage. Tenant must keep yards and alley clean and mowed. Any ticket written by the city for unkept yard will be paid by tenant. This is a month to month rental agreement no pets allowed. Tenants must pay for all utilities, keep yard and alley mowed. Has washer and dryer hookups. There will be a 30 application fee when home is available.
