Around back is a fenced in backyard with grapes and blueberries growing around the 3 season enclosed porch. Inside, the kitchen, while dated, is in good repair, clean and functional. The bathroom is original to the house, neatly tiled. The hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, bedrooms, hallways and stairs have recently been refinished. With the addition of modern lighting, they glow warmly. In the den, a light luxury vinyl tile with area rugs makes for a comfortable place to relax. So does the screened in porch out back. When it comes to mechanicals, the equipment is reliable. There's an updated forced air heater, and a new hot water heater.
