This posting is for one (1) room in 3 bedroom townhouse about 7 minute walk (we timed it) from Wheaton Metro station and downtown Wheaton/Silver Spring MD. Size of the room is 10x11. The room fits a full size bed set, possibly queen if you do not have many things. Bathroom is to be shared between one other room-mate. You will have access to kitchen area, and dining area, washer and dryer in the house. The home is walking distance from grocery stores (Safeway, shops, gym, gas station, etc). Plenty of street parking is available. Red Line Metro Stations (Wheaton Metro Station)is in less than 7 minutes away and the home is right in front of the bus lines (Ride On & Metro Bus) with DC and Silver Spring downtown just a short distance away. I am a female professionals looking for a new female roommate to start renting ASAP. I am easy to live with, super-duper clean, respectable and work full time. Roommates need to be CLEAN, respectful, conscientious of bills being paid on time. May move items in a day or two before if lease is already signed. Rent would be $800 per month and security deposit (refundable; one mth's rent = 800), lease term is for a year. Utilities (cable/internet, electric, and gas) usually about ~$150 per person per month (Utilities is not included in rent). No pets please. No couples.
