One bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other has a queen-size bed and a door to the yard. Both bedrooms have Roku TVs. The unit has AC window units and plenty of warmth from the boiler unit. This is a basement unit and you can hear the folks in the unit above. The rental rate reflects this. 12 month lease term. Utilities are split with upstairs unit. Technology fee is for high speed fiber internet.
