Off the beaten path so no one comes into complex without a purpose. Well lit. Security cameras discourage crime. Our tenants feel very safe day or night. Well maintained. We fix anything that breaks immediately. Friendly and considerate neighbors. We own the whole complex and carefully select tenants who are nice people. Many of our tenants have been there more than 5 years and 4 tenants have been there more than 10 years. Our tenants tell us they want to lie there forever. This is a place that people make home.
