Each unit is the same size and layout with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 1126 square feet. Lease is one year minimum. Maximum occupancy is 4 including children. We do not accept housing vouchers/section eight. Everyone 18 or older must apply. Application process includes a background and credit check which is paid for by the applicant and costs $29.95. A clean background check and a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations is required. If you do not have a credit report that shows a history of meeting financial obligations you are unlikely to be approved. Proof of income is required to complete the application. $3750 per month ($45,000 per year) is the minimum household income requirement for this rental. All adults must have a valid social security number for the background and credit check. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (electric, water, internet). One small pet allowed with a one time fee of $400 plus $35/month pet rent. Pet policy is FIRM.
