I have a room for rent in my personal home in Sioux Falls. The property is freshly renovated last year with all new bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances. It is centrally located right near Sanford Hospital and the VA Hospital. I spend most of my time in the Los Angeles area- so I am not in the house often. I currently have one roommate and I am looking for another one or two roommates to occupy the home. I would prefer a working professional- non smoking, no pets, clean and organized.
