It is a new single level home. 3 Private rooms with large windows and carpet floors with closet are for rent, 2 currently rented one is available. Each room rents individually for $800 each. There is a $300 deposit. The rooms have never been lived in and are currently unfurnished (upon rental agreement we can discuss if you wish for me to provide the bed). Bathroom is shared. There is a laundry room washer and dryer for tenant use. The kitchen has all you need appliances and cooking utensils and you are free to use it keeping it as you found it. It includes utilities, WiFi and Cable. I have a sheltieepoo, small dog that lives here, mostly in my room. This is split level design so it has all 3 rooms and bathroom on one side.
