Home is available August 1st. Due to COVID and for the privacy and safety of the current tenant, I will not be providing walk throughs this season. If you are interested in seeing the exterior of the home, the back yard, parking, etc., I can meet you at the house to view those items but not to enter the home. It is near the front of the neighborhood, about 5 houses from the entrance where the bus stop is. At the back of the neighborhood there are two access points for the bike path that leads to campus, to walmart, and through West Lafayette. Also out the back of the neighborhood is easy access to the new Cumberland road extension. US 231 is accessible quickly from either entrance. There is no better location if you want easy access to campus by vehicle, bus, or pedestrian paths. I replaced the appliances in the home in 2016. The black dishwasher, fridge, and stove/microwave are new or nearly new. Also shown is the new washer and dryer as of 2016. Home is furnished with a water softener, as seen in the photos. The garage also has a work bench and additional fridge. A self propelled lawn mower as well as an electric trimmer are in the garage for use by the tenant to maintain the lawn.
