Lawn Maintenance and HOA Compliance The Renter is responsible for regular lawn care and landscaping, including mowing, edging, and general upkeep, to maintain a neat and clean appearance in accordance with Homeowners Association (HOA) requirements. If the Renter fails to maintain the lawn or violates HOA property appearance rules, a $50 administrative fee will be charged in addition to the cost incurred by the Landlord to hire a third party to correct the issue. The Renter is also responsible for paying any fines issued by the HOA due to non-compliance. 6. Texas Rental Criteria Disclosure In accordance with Texas Property Code 92.3515, applicants are hereby informed of the rental screening criteria used to evaluate applications. These criteria may include: Criminal background history Rental history and prior lease performance Income and employment verification Credit history and financial responsibility Completeness and accuracy of the application Please note that all application fees are non-refundable, including in cases where the application is denied.
