    Two cottages: a one bedroom rented at $800/month; and a two bedroom rented at $875/month. The one bedroom cottage is 20281 Paoli Lane and has a longterm month-to-month tenant who is a packrat/Sanford & Sons type. You have to see past the junk; it really is a cute yard and cleans up well. The shed in between the two cottages has no value but the storage room attached to it is solid. Both cottages have 2 year old roofs and exterior paint. Both were remodeled within last 3-4 years and have dual pane windows and steel clad doors to block freeway noise. This is zoned commercial highway. The adjacent property is also for sale: it is a 4-plex listed at $432,900 and the gross rents are $33,300. Both properties have approx. 1/3 acres and a repair septic area certified by the county. Owner would like to sell both together in order to avoid creating easements for the combined septic repair area. Please do not disturb tenants. My driveway for the cottages is an easement across the parking lot of the eastern neighbor's property and you can see the cottages layout from the parking lot without disturbing the tenants. Unit #4 of the apartment complex is now vacant and you can look in the windows. It is the smallest of the four units. All other apt. tenants have been there more than a year.
