    You should know, this is a seasonal recreational lot and not to have a Normal home on it. In taxing this property it is noted as seasonal use. This aside we have lived here for several months of the year, each year enjoying this beautiful lake, its sunsets and wildlife more so than our neighbors whom have homes. Homes here with less privacy are valued several hundred thousand, you can have the same for half that. One may wonder, if I recreate without all the amenities, can this be done. My wife and I have sailed many years the Gulf of Mexico, keys and Bahamas in boats the size of your entry way in happiness, this by comparison is paradise. In this age, there are a myriad of solutions to any issue that arrives. We have a water treatment system for using lake water, or you could use a cistern or just as we do now while selling, carry water. We can talk of how other issues are handled. At the private entrance to the property which can be gated, is a 39 amp Rv plug in. In Front of that is a 12x16 storage shed that can become what your imaginations dictates. Or you can take the driveway which leads to a 24x40 garage with a double garage door, one of which is powered. Inside this tasteful building is a recreation room which is 16 by 24. I will describe this recreational room by claiming it is very spacious and cottage like. Along the north wall as you can see, are slab maple cabinets and a large island with state of the art pull outs and a lazy susan. A Gas/electric stove is on the east side which sports a double oven. On the west end is a top of the line refrigerator. This room is heated and cooled by a mini split air/heat pump, so visit in the winter as we have one year, heat is on push on a remote. A dock comes with the property as well as a 33 foot pontoon boat which as you can see, is also a houseboat. This is what makes this work if you choose to use it. It has its own water, galley and head. Plus it sleep four in comfort. A queen size bed in the aft and two quarter births. One party whom is slated to buy this when their home sells, plans to Airbnb the boat to pay the way while they use the fifth wheel. We of course must advertise in the meantime. I am asked, (what is the lot size). There are two answers to that. It is 167 wide on the water. It is 177 deep according to the plat. It is really 250’ deep due to abandoned property behind that was originally slated to be a road and a turn around, but is now with this property. I will throw in a kayak or two, a riding lawn mower etc. This is truly the most beautiful and extremely private property to be found on intermediate lake, a paradise. This add is in flux and i will add to it as questions arise. There is a great Gazebo to the west and south of the recreation room, all aluminum which comes with screening and wind screens.
