Pets:
Dogs encouraged! Cats: indoor only, as there are coyotes and hawks in the area. We live on a drainage creek that connects to Williamson Creek about few hundred yards from the property. We do not charge a pet deposit or pet rent.
Property maintenance:
We've replaced the flooring in 2014, sewage line in 2017, the roof in 2019, kitchen appliances in 2020, and the fence in 2024. Landlord responsible for preventative pest control. Tenant is responsible for watering private backyard area, as desired. Mowing can be done by tenant or landlord.
As neighbors we are friendly but not overly chatty. One of us works from home, the other works hybrid. We have two medium sized dogs.
