Additional amenities include Wi-Fi access throughout the house, a welcoming gas fireplace in the living room, and a secluded backyard retreat. Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times to ensure a smooth transition between guests. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Additional charges may apply if personal items are left behind. This is a dark sky community, so please turn off any lights when not in use. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. The thermostat should not be set above 76F for heating or below 68F for cooling.
