Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premise, including inside the house, patio. A minimum $500 cleaning fee is imposed for violation of this policy for professional ozone cleaning. 2. The number of guests listed in contract is the maximum number of guests permitted in the house at any time, regardless of amount of time guests spend in the house. Unauthorized extra guests will result of eviction. 3. The house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while in the house or on the property. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. 4. External security cameras monitor and record the entrances to the home and backyard of the home. Renters acknowledge and consent to these security measures. Security cameras and doorbells can not be disabled, unplugged, intentionally blocked or tampered with. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses 7. Pets are NOT allowed. We suggest that service animals are disclosed by guests prior to booking. 8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 9. Rent due on 1st day of month. Late payment fee will apply if due after 3rd of the month. 10. Government ID (current (non-expired) driver's license if a US resident or passport if international resident) must be provided for verification. 11. Lease term minimum 12 months. 12. Renter responsible for all utilities bills include internet. Violation of ANY Rental Rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
