This room is considered the main suite in the house. Large, bright top floor room, with two windows facing north and east. Walk-in closet. Private bathroom. There is a second bedroom (where I sleep) and a storage room also on the top floor. The main floor has a living room, a dining room, kitchen, a full bathroom (the one I use and available to guests), and the laundry room, all furnished. Two renters live in the basement and share the common spaces on the main floor. The house also includes a backyard patio space with a gas and charcoal grill. I have done month-to-month leases with my two current roommates who have been at the house for 1 and 2 years. I found a month-to-month arrangement is easiest for everyone(have used it with my current roommates who have been at the house 1 and 3 years), but I'm open to a longer lease term if desired. There are NO additional fees or costs beyond the security deposit and monthly rent. All utilities are included in the rent, and I pay myself for a house cleaner to come through the main areas about once a month.
