I require tenants to provide proof of purchase for renters insurance before moving in. Move-in date is 5/3/2021. I will prorate the first months rent based on the 5/3 move-in date. If you need to move-in earlier in April, I could potentially try to accommodate an earlier move-in closer to April 26th if preferred but I cannot guarantee this as of today.
