The production rooms are ideal for producers and engineers of all kinds of music, with attached iso booths and a spacious attached live room. The studios can be rented fully equipped or bare and range from $2000-$3000. The offices and cubicles are ideal for music executives, Agents and Public relations of all types and with pro audio, video and web design all under the same roof you wont have to run all over town to create high quality content. The offices range from $1,000 - $1,500 and the cubicles range from $300 - $500 per month. We are looking for a minimum of a 6 month commitment to the space.
