Bathrooms are supplied with quality towels and washcloths. The full kitchen equipped with granite countertops, a Bosch dishwasher, stainless steel double-door refrigerator, stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, dual bagel toaster, and complete sets of plates, glassware, and utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a table for four, two leather bar-height counter chairs, a sideboard, original art, blinds with blackout drapes, and a television. Bedroom 1 offers an en-suite King bed, premium bedding, walk-in closet, original art, dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and toilet, blackout drapes, and custom seating. Guests will enjoy scenic views of the vineyard and mountains. Bedroom 2 features a California King bed, armoire, premium bedding, area rug, blackout drapes, seating area, leather/wood bench, and original artwork with views overlooking the vineyard and mountains. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a Queen bed, armoire, premium bedding, area rug, blackout drapes, and original artwork. The spacious living room overlooks both Sangiovese and Barbera vineyards and provides mountain views. Appointed with a custom wood-burning fireplace, Tuscan decor, imported area rug, trunk, coffee table, and desk with antique Bombay chest and marble top, it offers a refined atmosphere. The second bathroom includes a standalone sink, window shutters for privacy, elegant wall-mounted light fixture, shower/tub combination, and toilet with contemporary fixtures. A washer and dryer unit with folding counter, cabinets, and shelving is available. Utilities included. Surrounding Area: Altipiano Vineyard and Winery is centrally located, just 4.5 miles from Highway I-15 within Highland Valley Wine Country, home to nine award-winning wineries. The region offers a variety of Italian, Spanish, and Rhone wines. Cordiano Winery, an Italian family-owned restaurant, is only 1.1 miles away. Nearby medical facilities include Sharp Rees Stealy Rancho Bernardo (7.8 miles), Scripps Clinic Rancho Bernardo (6.7 miles), Palomar Medical Center Poway (9 miles), and Palomar Medical Center Escondido (11.5 miles). The guesthouse is nestled on Peter & Denise 5 acres home to Altipiano Vineyard and Winery that is a working farm which includes a tasting room opened to the general public Saturday/Sunday from Noon to 6pm. However, the public do not have access to the guest living quarters which is 450 feet from the main house, tasting room and patios. Tasting grounds are complete with lush patios for guests to enjoy their wine/picnic. The night sky is perfect for stargazing, listening to the resident frogs that are very vocal at night, and you may get a glimpse of the neighborhood owls and red tail hawks. The winery is located on a private road where you can take a nice long walk where you can enjoy more of the country outdoors scenery. Maintenance: The house is fully furnished. Renter responsible for any damage to furnishings.Request guest report anything broken immediately to have it repaired.
