I live here with my dog (cocker) and cat (ally) I will be glad to share it with the right person. I bought this place 5 yrs ago to retire in. It has Fresh paint on outside and landscaped this summer. It has a fish pond and small garden. There is a seasonal creek behind the house with steps leading down to it. Lots of animals including deer and there babies. No smoking of any kind including vaping. 1/2 the utilities. off street parking
